This Valentine's Day - Make Pecker Cup Cakes!

Instead of boring cookies or a card, give your friends a pecker cupcake of their very own this Valentine's Day. Obviously not a gift for the timid, but you know who will accept one with a smile. The recipe is very easy and is guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone's face that gets one!

Here is what you'll need:

1. Pecker cup cake pan
   
2. 1 Box Betty Crocker Cake Mix ("Super-Moist Strawberry", plus required eggs and oil)
   
3. 1 Container Betty Crocker Frosting
   (You can make them multi-cultural with just a switch of the icing for the shaft.
   "Butter Cream" is great for Caucasian
   "Dulce De Leche" works for Hispanic and
   "Milk Chocolate" for African-American
   
   
4. 1 Container Betty Crocker Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting (for the head of the cupcake)
   
5. 1 bag shredded coconut or chocolate shreds
   

Grease pecker cup cake pan and bake cup cakes per the instructions.
Let your cup cakes cool completely or your icing will run right off.
Use the appropriate icing for the shaft then use the strawberry frosting on the head.
Use the coconut or chocolate shreds on the balls of each cup cake.

You can personalize them too and write names on the shaft or just give them and enjoy the wondering look that quickly turns into a naughty grin when your gift recipient gets one of these fun treats!
